AMD Processors with Blue Iris

Currently running a Intel Core i7-8700K with 12 Dahua cameras at 1440p.
My CPU usage is around 38% and was wondering how Blue Iris did with AMD processors.
Because I know they have a hardware accelerated decode related to Intel but wasn't sure how much that mattered.
Was trying to reduce the CPU usage and possibly heat.

See the wiki on the new substream feature. You can reduce your cpu usage to a fraction of your current usage. Even without using substreams, your usage is very high for your load and cpu.
