So i'm on the hunt for for an alarm inducing recording method.
My situation is that I have a safe with NC alarm contacts on it. I want to install a camera inside of it that will record when the contacts are opened (am also going to add a second camera with a 15 sec or so pre and 30 sec post record tripped by the same input) facing the door of the safe. Due to the the location of the safe, I don't want to record other than when the alarm is tripped ( I'm not worried about the pre and post recording as they are temp files) so motion is certainly out.
Any thoughts on a BI compatible single input device that would work for this application?
