I don't think this is limited to just BI. I think it is an Android thing but I hoped someone here might have a solution. I haven't found one on the net.
My phone did notifications like I would expect. Then I did a factory reset on it. Now I don't hear any push notifications, including those from BI from about 5-10 minutes after the screen turns off. When I activate the screen I will often hear multiple noises from the barrage of push messages it gets.
Clearly Samsung or the cell provider has changed some default setting or added some power saving feature.
What this mean for BI users is that we won't get notifications that a cam has been triggered.
Anyone found a solution for this?
