Andy,

I ordered one of these off your Amazon store. The firmware is "V2.623.0000000.22.R.E4.383, Build Date: 2019-04-09"

It still requires a plug-in :( Is there an updated firmware that I can get that doesn't need the plug in anymore?

I don't believe any of the PTZ's have plugin-less firmware yet.
 
I don’t see the 4UE listed in there... awfully similar looking model spec wise so I’m wondering if they can use same firmware
