Annke C800 not fluent

Hello Guys,
i recently bought 5x Annke C800 Bullet.
And im not happy at all. The Live and / or Playback Video feeds seems not fluent at all.
There are often small laags in the video and i have no clue if its normal or how to fix this.

Testet with default settings. also tested with another iframe intervall, bitrate an stuff like that but i cant get the feed fluent at all.
Here is a small example, recored directly on the web interface of the cam:

This problem happens with every of the 5 cameras. all cameras are connected via cat 7 ethernet cabel.

can anyone tell me if this is normal or how to fix it ?

Firmware is up to date ofc

For more fluid video, consider Fixed/Constant (instead of Variable) and also H.264 (instead of H.265 or H.265+).

Also, set the iFrame the same as the fps.

Bump the FPS up from 12.5 to 15 to see if that helps.

The C800 any supports H.265 and H.265+

Bump the FPS up from 12.5 to 15 to see if that helps.

unfortunately the c800 only supports up to 12,5 fps

Bitrate @ 5120 is low for a 4K cam. Might take that up to 8192 or 10240. Could go higher if you're only running a few cams standalone.

Surprised that it won't let you go any higher than 12.5 FPS. Is what it is I suppose. Might see if that changes when you go to CBR.

hi guys, i lowered my resolution to 2k.
On 2k Settings im able to use 25 fps. I ve tried bitrate from 8192 up to 12k. The result keeps the same on all cameras.
