Annke c800 wont diplay best resolution ?

Im using a annke c800 4k turret camera the plastic case version connected poe to my switch.

All is reasonabley well except the camera wont display in its top resolution of 3840 x 2160 however if i lower the res to the next one down 2190 x 2044 then it displays, currently tested on internet explorer and chrome on windows and still only wont display its 4k resolution and tried various bit rates and settings, also another firmware still same.

Anyone any idea of the problem please?

Display it in what?
It may be that your systems isn't up to power to handle the 4k.

it wont display in my browser on my PC, my pc is pretty beefy especially the gfxcard so thats no issue here
