Annke PTZ Camera on Dahua NVR - No Motion Detection?

Used the SADP tool to get the camera set up and I can see the view through the camera via the NVR and the camera individually. I can control the tilt and pan (not sure if there even is a zoom) but so far I am not recording motion.

I've looked through every tab and sub-tab in the camera's config and Smart PSS - still not recording motion.




I'm at a stop here - every setting that I can find is set to record but I'm not recording. In the camera's configuration I see this for the hard drive:



Is it just not finding the NVR's hard drive? Is there some way of getting it to find it? Maybe this has nothing whatsoever to do with it?

Those recording screenshots are for the Annke saving to an SD card.

You need to be in the NVR GUI and setup the recording scheme there.

OK, figured it out. I had set the NVR GUI but the schedule was on ... something other than motion. I just did a copy from one of the cameras that was successfully recording motion to the new camera and everything has been working since.
