I signed up for annual support last year but I just don't use it. And I don't do upgrades, since there aren't any changes that are of interest to me. Is there a development plan posted anywhere for this app?

On a related note, I tried to cancel my auto-renew for support (I don';t like auto-renew, I want to receive a bill and decide to renew on my own) and the app provided by digital river (the blue iris vendor for support contracts) fails to complete. I've tried turning off adblock and using different browsers. Anyone else do this?

As a followup, I emailed support and they cancelled. I don't see a way to have support without autorenewal...

I seem to recall the whole renewal process being manual?
