This one has been sitting for a while. We observed these two subjects as they appeared to be car shopping. After a few minutes we decided to dispatch P.D. with a non-emergency, trespassing call. The two subjects were escorted off of the property. The reason for calling P.D. and not using a paging system in this case, is because we want to know who these guys are in the case that damage to one of these cars is found in the morning by a sales guys. If we were to let this go our deter these two with a PA system, we would not have their information, which is generally taken by the responding officers, drivers license etc.

Pretty good police response. I would say they were mainly just looking around. Their first interests were the Camaro's. It also appears that once they saw the police they started walking towards them.

Nice camera coverage and tracking. Was it raining at all? They did look kinda like car shoppers, sticking at first to similar vehicles. But opening doors and getting in is sketchy. Then they go to the vans which are totally different. I don't know, if I was car shopping after hours at night in a dealership - I would not open doors and get in the cars.

@suddenstop It was raining and our team waited a few minutes before they dispatched P.D.. You will see in one clip where the guy wearing the blazer does a shoplifter glance of the property, where his head stays facing one direction and his eyes take a survey around the area. I think this is when our guys decided that it might be a good idea to get P.D. involved. This lot is in the hood and just parking on the sidewalk at night, you are risking your life.
