Andy- Got my second camera Monday. Ca't believe how quick you turn orders around. Excellent service. A wise boss once told me "It is five times easier to keep customers you have than to get a new one". You definitely understand the importance of great service. Two of my Foscams are now replaced. No comparison in the quality of Dahua versus my Foscams.
