ANPR & Facial Recognition Question

Oh yeah the 50mm would certainly help.

You have so much light it would probably stay in color. It is a brighter image than my 5442-S3 when set up the same.
I almost wish you hadn't said that. lol... I really, REALLY want to try the more expensive one out to see if I can do it. lol... I'm asking Andy about it again. Dang you wit :p

Yeah I took it over my friends house to see how it would do with a streetlight that was nowhere near as bright as yours and it did well. I didn't have time to completely dial it in, but I could tell that it could run in color with some streetlights strategically placed to be providing light to the plates.

Just checking in to say thank you again.

I've decided to go with the 4K-T180 for a good observations around all entrances surrounding my property, a few 5442 ZE for the purpose of identification, and the 5241-Z12E for number plates.

I think this is overkill, but I recall a comment made by another member about buy once and cry once.

Shout out to Andy for looking after me on prices.
