Hello, I have 5 Anpviz POE cameras connected to an NVR that I bought as a video security system. I have 2 main issues:
1. Configuring the cameras to only "trigger" in the zones I set is not working. They trigger all the time within and out of the zones I set. I need 1-on-1 help with this.
2. I need help setting up Port Forwarding on my router.
I also started getting notifications of an unauthorized access to the NVR so I turned it off until I get these issues resolved. Please advise.
NVR: Model NVR7608Q18P (D) H Series, 8 Channel
Cameras: Model IPC-D2083WD-S 2.8MM H-Series 8MP POE
