Hello,
How can I open the housing of a camera AR-W260. Water has probably gotten into the connection cable.

Does the male-to-female RJ-45 connection show signs of water ingress and corrosion?

I ask because if it does, I would address that before opening the camera itself, as that can present a new issue if water has not entered the camera.

no, everything looks good on the plug.

the water is probably getting in at the cable entry into the housing

VERY possible...which is why it's the last bullet in my post regarding waterproofing the pigtail and the connections here.
