Any ideas on why my recorded looks like this?

I've tried all kinds of settings, the live cam looks fine just the recordings look like this. Ever few seconds the res gets bad. Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm storing the recordings on to a micro SD, my computer is a Surface 3.

I switched to direct to disc and it seemed to help.
