Anyone going to get the 10th gen Intel Chip? (i7-10700k?)

Hey guys
I guess this has been good timing for me
I recently upgraded my CCTV system to 8 cameras from my old PC running blue iris and plex media server with an i5-3570k
Had my eye set on the i7-9700k originally
but just learned new 10th CPUs are coming out and the 10700k will be around the same price ( if they dont reduce the 9700k)

No real benchmarks yet I could find but I had a look at this:

I guess I will wait untill they are available to buy and see if the 9700k's drop in price. Could get a bargain!

I've been waiting for these to be released to do my next build. The 10 core i9 looks nice, but may go with the i7-9700 depending on price.
They changed the socket from the 9th gen but Asus has a LGA 1200 mini-itx motherboard now listed on their site:
