Anyone Has Experience With GW Security 16 Channel 4K 8MP GW78 NVR, Feeding only Motion Event instead of full 24hr clips?

i have 2 of those with 16 camera's each.
I will have to keep at least 60 days of continuous footage from each camera ideally backup directly into my unlimited Google drive.
I tried the Google drive feature in the NVR and it only uploads when there is motion detected.
Is there a way i can feed full continuous 24 hr videos into my cloud drive directly?
Or i can record it all onto a PC and drag it onto the cloud drive?
Also planning to upgrade to a 100 cam/channel on the future, Which NVR has the capability to support all the camera's and upload continuous 24hr video recording into the google drive.
Also ideally in AVI format?
Would a 1GB/S Fiber line be sufficient for constant upload?
