Anyone know how to Factory Reset an Eyemax xvst magic-08 DVR?

Password has been lost, trying to factory reset it or recover the password so I can go in and set it up. Cant find any info online. Tried holding down the reset button on the board while plugging it in but that's not doing the trick.

Anyone, please?

Yeah I don't know why the download.eyemax gives a warning, but eyemax... does not. Just putting the info out there.

Just an FYI, I called eyemax today and they were able to use a code generator based on the current system date to generate a password that is only good for the current date. This allowed me to get in and default system and change password. Thanks for everyone’s help and direction.
