I am about to get myself a new car and wanted to add some security to my apartment to make sure it is not damaged (or at least I can see who did it). I have already asked the owner of the apartment complex and they have told me that I am not allowed to install a camera on the outside of my apartment townhouse.
Are there any suggestions of IP cameras that would provide a reasonable picture if put in a window? I know that glass doesn't transmit IR so I was thinking of switching out porchlight for a LIFX IR bulb that if need be to provide extra light.
