Apple Maps Vehicle

Noticed the Apple Maps Vehicle drive by earlier today. It first drove by the house and later returned to make a u-turn on the corner.

Wow, nice van. Googles cars are puny in compare.

Did anybody notice those 4 silver things that look like aluminum cans on the top of the van? If you look closely at the video it appears that they are rotating. Anybody know what those are for?
