Yeah were getting back at you for the Gulf of Houston streaming 96 degree air with 79% humidity up yonder past Iowa in July.
I have a friend that runs solar out in the Big Bend region. He said that during Snowmageddon, the snow was translucent enough that they produced enough power for the current to melt the snow pretty early, then they were in full production. They were actually contributing to the grid. He said the biggest problem they had was the telecommunication was down and they had to manually report output to ERCOT.Those windmills don't do too good at night. Solar and windmills are killing what used to be low kWh prices. Putting natural gas and coal on the backburner has been a disaster.![]()

Tuesday of all days I had a load of metal show up. We had -31 WC that morning and the high was 0 for the day. It was so cold my little old 98 F150 (2 wheel drive) did not spin a tire backing it into my shop. Thats 2000lbs payload and a heavy trailer. But I managed, you just got to dress for it
I get asked that all the time, I'm just a one man show and make about everything. I am pretty much retired except for a couple of my longtime clients that keep begging meI'm curious as to what product you produce, Sir!
