Are Dahua NVR event 'thumbnail images' visible on any mobile apps?

@bigredfish These are not the thumbnails the original post was talking about. Those can be found by going to

1. Playback
2. Select the video clip icon

Can you confirm if you have thumbnails in that view?

Ohhh

Nope. Those have always been default thumbnails as long as I can recall.

I know Andy has a direct line to the developers at Dahua. Since this has been an issue for 2+ years and we’ve not seen any confirmation of it working perhaps he can reach out to his contacts and ask?
