Are Q-see cameras unusable now?

I've got some Q-see cameras that I had forgotten about, wifi cameras (QCW2MPSL) I'm trying to figure out if there is anyway to use them still or if it's not possible anymore.

I recall seeing this camera posted a few times here in various threads.

Would be nice to see a solid how to on this one, as the specs look good, and it is definitely a Dahua OEM camera.

Probably requires a bit of work to configure this, perhaps even a need to flash the firmware .. not certain, and definitely want to see a solid answer to your question.
