Assigning IP addresses to x4 hd22314- zs

Hey guys, so I have no idea what Im doing. I have an att router and know how to access it to check devices via ip address, however I can only see my switch and am not sure how to assign an ip address to each individual camera.

All cameras are plugged into a netgear gs108lp unmanaged switch, which I think i accidentally assigned a ip address as the default 192.168... that are in the camera instructions as now 2 devices pop up for that pan port. One with that ip for the whole switch and one without.. yep

Any tips or pointers in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

If the model # of that Netgear switch is correct, then it's UNmanaged and has no IP address.

Do one camera at a time, unplug the others.
IF they are Dahua cameras, the default IP is static and it's 192.168.1.108.
Do you know the LAN IP address of your AT&T router? It's likely 192.168.1.254.
If so, log into the router and see what the router's DHCP server pool is.
Whatever that pool is, say 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.49 or 192.168.1.50 to 192.168.1.99, the IP's that are OUTSIDE of that DHCP pool are yours to be used to assign to your cameras.
It's likely that 192.168.1.200 to 192.168.1.253 are not in that pool and you can use for your cams.
Plug 1 cam into the switch, give it a full minute to come online and, assuming your router is on the 192.168.1.XXX network segment, open a browser and log into the cam at 192.168.1.108.
In the cam's network settings change that cam's IP to a unique IP (not 192.168.1.108), insure it's still static, save it and write it down, maybe even label the cam.
Plug in another cam, repeat the above until all 4 cams are configured with unique static IP's that are outside of the router's DHCP pool.

NOTE: if the router's LAN IP is NOT 192.168.1.XXX then we have some changes to make to the above.
