Assistance Needed to Restore Honeywell IP Cameras to Factory Configuration

Dear All,

I have four Honeywell IP cameras, Model #H3W2GR1V, which are currently locked due to forgotten passwords. Before attempting a factory reset using the reset button (holding it for 10-15 seconds), I verified that all four cameras were discoverable in the Honeywell Unified Tool. However, after performing the reset, I lost connectivity with the tool, as well as the switch side, the interface becomes unstable, frequently going up and down. Additionally, I am unable to power on the cameras using the power adapter.


Could you please provide a procedure to restore the cameras to their default configuration?

Do you have all 4 reset cameras connected at the same time?

I find no mention of a reset button in the manual, only a menu reset. Is the reset button located under the SD card door or under the housing?
