I recently received a Truvision TVD 5605 from Interlogix as a gift. I have successfully installed the camera and am now in the process of configuring it via the web browser.
I inserted a Sandisk High Endurance SD card into the device, hoping that the recorded footage could be saved onto the SD card. In the "HDD Management" menu, I am prompted to press "Initialize" to activate the SD card. However, when I attempt to do this, it asks for a password.
The password I use to log into the camera's interface does not work here. The SD card is brand new, and this is already the second SD card I’ve tried, so I don’t believe the issue lies with the card itself.
Could someone assist me further? Do you know which password is required, or how I can resolve this issue?
