For quite a while I have noticed an unfortunately glitch with audio on the collection of different branded cameras on my BI system.
Running Win10 Pro, and have plenty of ram (32Gb) on a i7 cpu system. I've updated several times to the highly-stable versions, as I like to keep updated, but not the bleeding edge version.
What I am finding it that audio works fine for a few seconds, then audio drops out usually for less than a second, then re-establishes itself.
I'm sure there must be something in the settings somewhere, or there is an issue with audio.
I don't seem to have any audio dropout issues watching the camera live.
This issue has been around for ages, so nothing new or related to version of BI that I've run here.
Edit: in the camera, audio is set to G.711ulaw
