I'm experiencing audio issues with my newly installed IPC-HDW3241EM-AS camera (with new caballing). Mostly I'm not getting any sound in live view/recordings. There are few recorded clips where I can hear the sound but than suddenly it disappear and same in live view. Will please someone tell me the possible reason of this behaviour?

maybe try to disable the noise filter and see if it goes away ?
Thanks Holiday! Turning off noise filter has fixed the issue but back ground noise is high enough to supress the concerned audio. Is there any other tuning that I can do to have less of the background noise?

Background noise is what? If caused by wind, a dead cat mic cover may help....
Almost all of the external factors .. birds chirping ... wind ... constant motorway traffic (Must be a distance of at least half to 3 quarter of a mile away).

A little piece of foam rubber to act as a wind screen/filter and lower the gain a tad.
Already on 50% ... Will reduce it further and run a test. Thanks!
