Audio not coming through Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-IW Wired

Hi guys

Just hoping someone can help me with this. I am on BI 5.2.7.11. This I beleive is the latest version.

I just seem to get audio coming through from this camera. I have tried a number of different configurations but I cant seem to get it to work.
Here is what the WEB GUI shows for the camera.




Also here is an image of the audio settings in BI.

Where am I going wrong?

In the cameras video tab you need to see that video and audio not just video
