Audio recording device?

Hello,

I am wondering if it's possible to install some kind of microphone which ties into Blue iris as a stream/channel?

The situation is, i have a camera in the back yard already which i am very happy with quality wise. However, due to some recent issues with neighbours complaining about my dog barking at certain times I want to record audio as well.

So is it easier to get some kind of network based microphone and have it connect to blue iris as a seperate stream (but synced with the video of the existing camera), or would I be better to scrap the hikvision 2CD2385FWD and go with a camera that has a mic built in?

Josh, did you ever find a mic, I would like to do the same thing. Happy with my Cameras and would like to add an outdoor recording device to detect sound.
