Neighborhood dog walker apparently auditioning for a Monty Python reboot:

It's a valid stretch/stress maneuver, intended to strengthen the quads and calves. I just don't know that I'd ever use it in a public walk.
Nahhh, I must be completely incorrect. She's definitely after John Cleese's job.

I'm "that guy" on the block with the most obvious cameras. Sometimes I think people perform a little as they walk by.

Reminds me of a clip from one the latter Home Alone films where the bad girl is walking her dog but also eying up the houses.
