Had this problem for months and Ken and I can't figure it out. Hoping someone has dealt with this, sees the same issue or knows how to resolve--thanks in advance.

Dedicated BI machine. My cameras cycle every 15 seconds in a 1up, 1:4 layout configuration. At some random point during the day/night, autocycle stops and the camera in the first layout position is stuck displaying substream until I click on another camera to get autocycle going again. It's as if I've clicked the mouse on a blank space between cameras.

I'm running as a service with no additional camera groups other than default 'all cameras'.
Only run Windows Defender for protection
Excluded .bvr extensions, files and folders IAW the help file

I may have resolved this issue...time will tell, but has been error-free overnight. I unchecked "Force window to foreground in addition to "Restore window when triggered." Unchecking this in addition to unchecking 'Favor cameras/groups which are triggered or sensing motion' seems to have done the trick...at least for the last 12 hours or so.
