My company recently took over a big costumer with ACC and 3rd party cameras.
Some are analog, some are IP. Mainly dahua recently. (Around 300 cameras each server)
The problem begun when we started the transition to IP. Cameras often start flickering to another camera image. Some simply desapear and ACC won't find them back.
I can connect to the camera IP trough browser.
We realized with avigilon support that the cameras probably were overlapping the UUID. Since the UUID is the same, ACC simply ignores a connection to those desapeared cameras, because a camera with the same UUID is already connected.
That's out guess.
Tech support suggested that we disconnect every camera and then connect them back. That's not allowed on that costumer.
Anyone experienced anything similar?
Anyone has any idea/guess to a resolution?
