I recently bought a new house and it has a AvyCon AVR-NT808A NVR with several AvyCon cameras. I am looking for the URL to stream from the NVR to BI. I can’t seem to find it anywhere and I am hoping that someone here has ran into this before.

Specs says it's ONVIF-compliant, if so run ODM on a PC conncted to same LAN as NVR, scan for devices, when found highlight it and log into NVR with user/pass, click on "Live Video" in middle column, observe URL down at bottom right.

You may not need the URL Stream.

In BI, you select add camera and put the IP address of the NVR into the IP address location. Put in username and password and hit find/inspect and let BI do its thing.

Then about halfway down is a pull down for Camera number and pick camera 1 and then hit ok. The camera should show up. Then add camera and the select copy and copy this camera and then change the number 1 to a 2 and then repeat for your cameras by selecting add camera and add IP address of NVR and selecting next camera number.

OR depending on your NVR, in BI it may populate all the cameras in the main and substream pulldown boxes and you just select a camera number and then add another camera and select the next pulldown.

I tried this before and didn’t have any luck. I will give it another try but it almost feels like the NVR isn’t properly configured for RTSP/OVINF or I am doing something wrong. I can log into the NVR from a web browser and see all of the camera feeds though

Have you thoroughly examined the settings for a place to enable ONVIF?

I know that some models of Hikvisions (maybe some time ago) have a place where RTSP must be enabled.

I see where RTSP can/is enabled, but I can't find anywhere to enable ONVIF.
