AX PRO DS-PS1-E-WE/B Wireless sounder - no sound

Hi all .

We install the ax pro alarm . everything been install perfect and runing fine,
but for some reason i find out after 4 month the wireless sounder no sound when alarm been triggering ..
i check everything is fine on the app etc ,but when alarm get triggering we dont have sound on outside sounder ,only flashing blue lights ..
I though we can finde way any ansswer here before I send it back to the main dealer where i bought ..

Please let me know if someone knows something

Most likely hardware fault.

Piezzo died or wires from piezzo disconnected.
