I had to really dig to find the reason. They have been using Huawei chips in them and it is causing the Feds to ban the entire line. I could care less about the cameras, but have really grown to like those compact Companion NVR’s as I was starting to cluster them out near the cameras they served allowing individual POE resets, etc. Wondering if anyone else has been affected by this development. Support says a replacement line is in the works but no timeline at all.
