Axis Camera Disabling NTP Time Automatically

Got a new Axis camera, a P3807-PVE. In trying to get the time set up, I'm running into an issue where the camera is automatically disabling my NTP settings.

I've updated the camera today to the latest firmware to see if that would resolve the issue, but it's still almost like clockwork every 5 minutes running something that is turning off my manual NTP settings and going to "Custom Date and Time." Does this seem familiar to anybody. To add...literally as I was typing this I saw the camera update the settings and disable the NTP settings right in front of me.

I pulled the log and this is what it does every time. Its like theres a setting somewhere that is triggering this reset.

Tried a factory reset ?

I've configured these in the past with NTP, never had an issue.

No, it was being operated standalone. Not sure what end up being the issue but we reset the camera to default settings and it fixed the issue.
