Not sure what a young couple can do in the back seat in only 30 seconds....
EDIT: man, was I way off, I failed to notice the real time in upper right. @JDreaming pointed out they had 29 minutes...plenty of time!

Seems like lulu5kamz edit out the half hour time they spent in the back seat as the camera time show they started at around 12:11:40AM and only putting back his jacket on around 12:40:07AM and leaving 2 minutes later.

They were actually parked there for 1 hour and 7 minutes. Most of that time the car was dark with the occasional flash of light from a phone or lighter. There wasn't anything to see so I left those parts out.
That's OK...we know all about Phil N. DeBlancs.
@lulu5kamz needs to invest in a thermal camera and a long-range directional mic. He has everything else.
