Both of these incidents happened at the same property, on the same morning. The gate operator was changed out the night before and the timer was set to zero, which means it opened then closed with no delay. The loop detector on the inside of the gate, in the ground, was also turned off. Everyone involved is ok, including the gate.

The guy on the bike picked a really good time to get off. As for the gate, I'm guessing you're definition of "ok" and mine are not quite the same...

Gate should be a pretty cheap repair if it didn't damage the opener. That's probably why it's "OK".

That baby trackhoe would get that gate more or less straight pretty quick. The shorts of the guy on the bike would probably have to be thrown out though.

I think we had to change the camera at one point because someone took out the pole with the analog camera on it.
