I have installed a HIK vision nvr and camera network . I can remote access individual cameras via setting up ivms4200 client, have set up a static ip and can set up port forwarding on my router, however when I come to do the same with my NVR it will not let me un check the DHCP server and the IPv4 gateway is set at 0.0.0.0 which I am unable to change to my router gateway. I have tried changing the NVR ip address but again to an unsed ip address on the network but get a modification fail message or conflict message every time. on the NVR config window. if I try to uncheck DHCP I get a message saying "IPv4 addresses of device and internal NIC conflict"

Do it thro sadap tool then enter what ip range you want the nvr on
Enter the password then it should say parameters modification meet
Then un tick dhcp

I have tried sadap, will not let be modify. currently running ip 192.168.0.53 1pv4 gateway 192.168.0.1 for everything else but this is stuck on 0.0.0.0 and I can't modify, cant even change the nvr ip address . I can create access for all the cameras individually but not via nvr

if I try to uncheck DHCP I get a message saying "IPv4 addresses of device and internal NIC conflict"
That sounds like you may have customised the internal (PoE interface) NIC away from its default 192.168.254.1 address to something that clashes with the LAN IP address range.
What is the IP address of the internal (PoE interface) NIC? And the LAN interface?
