Hello,

My home was recently burgled, for piece of mind I am after an IP camera system but i'm not sure which system would best suit my needs? I have gave it some thought however and was browsing for a system that;

  • Has some kind of back up system in case the DVR/NVR is compromised
  • Can read a license plate or a face
  • Can be viewed remotely through an IPhone
  • Is reliable and can accommodate a larger HDD
  • Preferably a wireless system but not a major prerequisite.

Conclusion:
For basic questions, it's best to search for existing answers first.
Many forum members won't answer these questions, since they've answered them over and over and over.
They will answer specific questions, if the OP shows they did their homework.
