All of the delivery drivers that have come to my door have been professional. Even the small envelope deliveries that could be frizbee'd from the street, they bring to the door and place them. I don't know if they see my cameras because the times I checked them, the drivers did not appear to be looking for, or at them, but they probably do. They are not hidden.
(Does knocking on simulated wood count, or does it have to be real wood??)
I personally have not but my neighbors have had break-ins and package / mail theft. So after that I went ahead and installed a heck of a security system. Also A believer in over kill so try to design things with redundancy in mind always. But yes it is extreme and that was the intent as well behind it LOL.
Also there are two extra cat cables which is already in the junction boxes with the intent of if needed can add more cameras in that area. That will be because say if one camera was over exposed or just did not capture the detail which was needed or something or it was down .. or anything like a cable went bad...So I tend to always run a cable extra in each of the junction boxes with that in mind. But again that is just me
That is awesome! I get a mix of drivers from UPS. I've had a few favorites who take the time to play with and give my dogs treats when they see them but those drivers seem to be temps on my route as I rarely see them. Most drivers leave my package on the front step and run off, ignoring my request to leave it at the back. One driver even took the time to ring the doorbell and tell me to remove that notation as according to him I don't have a back door...
