best night time dash cam performance

Don’t know if I mentioned it but I have a Viofo a119 V3 in my car and my son has a Blackvue 4K front and rear in his car.

Mine just seems to work with ok might time and good day time. My sons look great in the day time and poor at night.

So going to 4K at the mo can be a bit of a trade off. Also my sons cam is back as it was overheating.

When my V2 or S models go bad, I'll likely try the V3, but am not fond by the way they market "megapixels" That's against forum rules
