Best settings for moving car capture

Hello i have a HikVision DS-2CD2086G2-IU camera and i want to record moving cars. Speed is approximately 50-70 Km/h.
I set the main stream to 8mp, vcb, highest video quality, 15 fps frame, max bitrate 4096 and max. av. bitrate 2048 with h265+ encoding.
I read that for moving objects i have to set exposure to 1/100 or plus so i set it to 1/125 with 50 gain.
I'm always on day mode because at night there is a street lamp 10 meters away.
Is those settings good enough?

I would double bitrate at least 8192 or 10240 and CBR

How about storage? I have a 128gb SD card installed. How many days will record?

Test it and find out. Cameras are full of trade offs... maybe upgrade to 256
