better performance mit open Ports on Router for IP camera?

i want to know . if dahua had some ports there are have a effect on performance if i open there in my router.
at the moment i have in live view in APP [DMSS] 750- 829 Kb/s Rate i cannot compare,

an other solution is for to change from H264 to H265 but ir read also here . H265 working not good. (i had also not good result with H265)

What are the speeds of your Internet connection? My Internet provider offers 200mbps download, but only 10mbps upload. If I try to access video feeds when I am not at home, the connection will not exceed 10mbps max, due to my upload speed.

Download sould be 150 down and 25 up. Anyone else has much more there ?

Is that the bitrate the camera is putting out and not your internet speed...

I think that Is the transfer speed from camera to device (phone). But it's think there is a limited rate. 4k 15 frames need more data. I want to find the bottleneck

Use a speed test like fast.com and see what speed is. I still think that is your stream bitrate.

Does the number change when you are viewing on your local network (home) vs when you are viewing to while not at home?
