I am new to BI.
I found DeepStack identifying some object correctly, but they were not recorded as alerts. Its not all of the objects that it misses, some of them are recorded ok. See attached screen shot below. Timeline shows missed alert (no car icon), it also show that DS has picked up cars ok previously.
My camera is running H264, 15 fps and iframe 1. Same setting for substream.
Version: Release 5.4.7.3 x64

I got the following respose from support:
"Are you using dual streaming?
It might be a timing issue. The sub stream is used for motion detection but the main stream is sent to deepstack. Perhaps the two do not align.
By default the motion must overlap the deepstack objects. But this applies only if the object detection is enabled on trigger/motion sensor. If you try without this, the objects found in the entire image will be recognized, not just in areas of motion."
Is there anyway to test dual stream timing?
Anyone have any suggestions to try?
