I have a Zmodo NVR ZP-NC18-s that I am trying to get working with Blue Iris. Does anyone have one of these Zmodo NVR's setup in BI?

I've tried all the combinations of settings pointing BI to the NVR IP. I know I'm using the correct IP/Port as I can see if via Internet Explorer.
Blue Iris gives me the "No Signal" error.
I've tried adjusting the frame rate to most options and it makes no difference.
In BI I'm using the "Make/Model" = Zmodo ZH/ZMD/ZP RTSP port 10554. which auto populates the path to /tcp/av0_0, and I've tried using the Params set to CH1, or {CH1}, and 1/2/3...8 no difference.
I've tried adjusting BI port to 8000 (media) .. no luck.
