I noticed there is a thread devoted to this exact same problem. No need to respond. I will just follow that one. I wish I knew how to delete a post.

I am trying to get the BI Android app to work on a new cell phone. The app is working well on a Samsung Tablet and a Motorola Droid. The issue is with a brand new Moto X Pure Edition. The app connects and opens ok. I see the home screen with current thumbnail pictures of the camera and alerts. Typically when you tap any of the thumbnails a screen size stream from the camera comes up. On the new phone it seems like it wants to do the same but gets hung up loading the live picture stream and alerts. It just shows the circular rotating arrow animated icon. It has the same problem both on the LAN and WAN. The older phones still work fine.
Has anyone that has had a similar problem found a solution?
