Hi

I have installed a new Dahua DH-IPC-HDW5821RP-ZE camera and get the following message when its setup in BI

The camera appears to work except the video path is missing: and whenever i add something manually i lose contact with the camera

Also the PTZ function works in the camera GUI but doesnt work in BI, until i changed it to the following

there may be other problems but i have only just plugged it in

Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot the "Bad Response" when BI queries the camera as this appears to be the cause of all my problems ?

thanks in advance

First of all if the camera stream works why are you so intent in having a path it is obviously pulling the video. Second, the camera has a separate and distinct onvif password which you need to use if you want to use it.
