BI cannot start Deepstack

I've installed Deepstack on another windows pc. I've pointed BI to the DS pc (192.168.1.82 port 82) but when I click START it momentarilu changes to STOP then reverts back to START. I can manualy start DS on the other pc and BI Alerts appear to detect it as noted by a car symbol on the Alert. I've copied the deepstack.exe and renamed it to sever in both the DeepStack folder and the subfolder server.

If DeepStack is install on a different PC then Blue Iris then Blue Iris can not start or stop DeepStack.

I believe that BI uses the local install location for DS and will not start it based on the IP but on the local drive path.
