BI Clips Skip Issue

Hello:

I am using BI 5.0 on Win 10 - While watching recorded clips some of them skip a few minutes (for instance is jumps from 12.30 pm to 12.38 pm). Could you please advise the cause of that?

1)On BI have you looked at the message log ?
2) are the cameras on wifi ?
3) does the camera traffic pass through the router ?
4) is the data really missing or does it just skip on play back ?
5) are you using a paid for version of BI or the demo version ?
6) are you viewing the skip video on the BI PC console or on a remote desktop, UI3, Phone app ?
7) does the BI status bar in the console show missed recording ?
8) is there any red on the BI status, clip storage ?

Skip on playback

Paid version

via IP address on a network computer

7) does the BI status bar in the console show missed recording ?

The skips are on playback and I am using IP access on another network computer to see Live view or Clips.

It has to be recording on trigger... make sure you have it set to continuous recording for each profile as well
